I’ve been working on pizza’s ever since building a pizza oven here is my current recipe..
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 2 x 7 g dried yeast sachets
- 1 tablespoon golden caster sugar
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- About 500 ml lukewarm water
- 800 g strong white bread flour flour
- 200g finely ground semolina flour
I divide up into 160g portions for each base.
